Start with the thermostat. Confirm that it is set to COOL, the target temperature is below the room temperature and the fan is set to AUTO.
Check the return-air filter. A heavily clogged filter can restrict airflow and contribute to coil icing. Replace it if it is visibly dirty, then allow the system time to recover.
Look at the HVAC breakers without opening any equipment panels. If a breaker has tripped repeatedly, leave it off and call a professional instead of continuing to reset it.
If the system still does not cool, contact Diamond. Refrigerant, electrical components and internal controls require trained service and proper instruments.
