Diamond HVAC Services was named after his Rottweiler, Diamond, and later grew into Diamond Heating & Cooling Services, Inc.
Derien began his HVAC career in Texas and made North Carolina his home more than 25 years ago. While working for another company, he saw a need for a more honest, customer-first approach to heating and cooling service.
He launched Diamond HVAC Services 17 years ago around one promise: “Quality service done right… first.” As the company expanded, the name evolved, but the principles did not—honesty, integrity, trust and long-term customer relationships.
Today the Diamond team provides heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality and maintenance service throughout the Piedmont Triad, backed by a recognizable purple fleet and a team the company describes as family.
